OSMS Turf Private Limited is looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive who can take ownership of the sales process—from lead generation and customer conversations to field visits, negotiations, and successful closures.

We specialize in premium artificial turf and landscaping solutions for sports facilities, schools, commercial spaces, residential projects, and other outdoor applications.

• 💼 What You’ll DoHandle inbound and outbound calls and connect with prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site visits to understand customer requirements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C segments.
• Promote and explain OSMS Turf's artificial turf and landscaping solutions.
• Conduct product presentations and provide suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, project execution, installation, and customer requirements.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, quotations, and sales activities in CRM/tools.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
• Good understanding of B2B and B2C sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Graduation in any discipline is preferred.
