About the RoleLeverage Edu is looking for a motivated and persuasive Business Development Associate to join our Noida team.

The role involves counselling Indian candidates regarding career and employment opportunities in Germany/EU, understanding their requirements, explaining relevant opportunities and converting interested candidates.

This is a sales and counselling-focused role that requires strong communication, persuasion and relationship-building skills.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with and counsel Indian candidates interested in Germany/EU career opportunities.
• Understand candidates' career goals, requirements and expectations.
• Explain overseas employment opportunities, career growth, lifestyle and financial benefits.
• Guide candidates regarding suitable opportunities and programs.
• Promote relevant German language training programs.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails and in-person meetings.
• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, leads and conversions in CRM tools.
• Build trust and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with operations and training teams for smooth candidate onboarding.
• Contribute to overall business growth and team targets.
• RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Counselling or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome to apply if they have excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Good counselling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and counselling.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good client/candidate management skills.
