Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calling, references, and other sources.
  • Handle customer inquiries and understand their property requirements.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
  • Schedule and coordinate property/site visits.
  • Convert leads into site visits and successful bookings.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain customer information and follow-up records in CRM.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay updated on company projects, inventory, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the site, CRM, marketing, and accounts teams.
  • Ensure a smooth customer journey from initial enquiry to booking.
  • Maintain professional and ethical sales practices.
  • Candidate ProfileGood communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced real estate environment.
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
  • Prior real estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
