Real Estate Sales Manager

Conduct regular team meetings, sales reviews and performance discussions.

Track sales pipeline, site visits, conversionsa nd revenue through CRM.

Train team members on sales techniques, project knowledge, negotiation and customer handling.

Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall sales performance.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and clients.

Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new project launches.

Coordinate with management, marketing, CRM, accounts, and site teams.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and ethical practices.
