Sales Manager

Develop and execute institutional sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.

Identify and cultivate new business prospects through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, government departments, corporate organizations, public sector units, NGOs, and healthcare institutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, presentations, proposal preparation, negotiations, and contract closure.

Prepare and respond to government tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and procurement opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and timely service delivery.

Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitor activities, and industry trends.

Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and business reports using CRM tools.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Develop long-term strategic partnerships with key institutional clients and stakeholders.
