Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services effectively.
• Generate qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• RequirementsGraduate or undergraduate candidates are welcome to apply.
• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or the local language.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
