Presales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage and qualify incoming leads, build relationships with prospective buyers, and schedule site visits for the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.

Respond promptly to enquiries received through digital campaigns, websites, social media, and other marketing channels.

Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

Qualify leads and maintain an updated customer database in the CRM.

Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Follow up regularly with prospects to nurture leads and increase conversions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment targets.

Provide customers with accurate information about projects, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.

Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the pre-sales process.
