Job Description
- Job Profile: Operations & Customer Support ExecutiveKey Duties:
- Log & Track: Record all incoming complaints and update the status daily in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Email & Call: Draft clear, professional email replies to acknowledge issues and keep clients updated.
- Coordinate: Follow up with service teams/technicians to ensure complaints get resolved quickly.
- Key Skills Required:
- Basic/Intermediate MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Clear written English for emails and polite spoken skills for client calls.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
