Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team at our bustling shopping mall location. In this role, you will be the main face of our desk, assisting mall visitors with store directions, promotions, lost and found, and general inquiries. Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, welcoming approach are required to deliver a great experience to every shopper. Because malls experience peak visitor traffic on Saturdays and Sundays, this role requires mandatory weekend shifts with a designated weekday off. Candidates should enjoy a fast-paced environment and be comfortable standing or moving around the desk during busy hours.
