Job Description

Job Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential buyers or investors using provided databases.
  • Project Pitching: Explain real estate projects, pricing, locations, and amenities clearly.
  • Site Visit Scheduling: Fix appointments and coordinate property visits between clients and the sales field team.
  • CRM Management: Update client feedback, call status, and follow-up schedules daily in the database.
  • Follow-ups: Keep in touch with active prospects to help move them through the buying process. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]


Requirements and Skills


  • Communication: Clear, polite verbal communication skills in English and local regional languages.
  • Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and CRM software.
  • Target Driven: Ability to handle rejections and meet daily or monthly calling goals. [1, 2, 3, 4]
