Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct meetings with customers for EMI and overdue collection as directed by the
Collections team.
• Act as the main point of contact (PoC) for customers within the cluster, ensuring
effective communication and resolution of issues.
• Gather continuous feedback from customers to improve service delivery and customer
satisfaction.
Skills and Background:
• Ability to liaise effectively with local authorities such as Police and Court officials.
• Graduate qualification required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field.
