Job Description
Collect quotations, samples, and documents from vendors.
Deliver purchase orders and official documents.
Visit suppliers, banks, courier offices, and government offices as required.
Assist the Purchase Department with day-to-day field work.
Coordinate with vendors for material follow-up.
Maintain records of field visits and submissions.
Handle urgent office errands efficiently.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Must have own two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Maintain professional behavior while representing the company.
