Senior Sales Coordinator – Gurgaon

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and manage client communication. The role involves handling quotations, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the sales team for daily tasks, targets, and client requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, respond to inquiries, and maintain sales documentation.
  • Track orders, follow up with clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain MIS/sales reports and assist in monthly reviews.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of sales coordination experience.
  • Strong communication, follow-up, and MS Office skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
