• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct product presentations and negotiate business deals.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Eligibility CriteriaFemale candidates only.
• Minimum 2 years and up to 10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
