Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Generate and convert qualified leads into sales.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations.
  • Prepare sales reports and share regular updates with management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Requirements:5–7 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
  • Good knowledge of the Greater Noida real estate market is an advantage.
