Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage bakery & café daily operations.
  • Handle counter, billing & customer service.
  • Lead and manage the team.
  • Maintain stock & inventory.
  • Prepare coffee, shakes & mocktails.
  • Ensure hygiene and quality standards.
  • Increase sales and handle customer complaints professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Bakery/Café/Restaurant.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
  • Must know billing (POS), stock management and team handling.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with bakery or café experience.
