Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic HR Executive to join our HR team at Goregaon West. You will be supporting end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, and day-to-day coordination.
- Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring: Sourcing candidates through job portals, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up until joining.
- Onboarding & Documentation: Managing background verification, joining paperwork, offer letters, and setting up new joinees.
- HR Operations: Handling daily attendance, leave management, and employee data tracking.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinating engagement activities and maintaining a positive work environment.
- General HR Support: Assisting the HR Lead with daily tasks and official communication.
- Key Requirements:Minimum 1 year of core experience in HR Operations / Recruitment.
- Good communication skills (English & Hindi) and email etiquette.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Sheets.
- Candidate should be comfortable working from the Goregaon West office.
