Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection process
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, etc.
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial interviews
  • Schedule interviews with the management team
  • Coordinate offers, documentation & joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment records and daily hiring reports
  • Achieve monthly hiring targets
