Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end HR activities of employees.
  • Administer attendance, payroll management and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Oversee talent acquisition: screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and conducting salary negotiations.
  • Conduct inductions and handle employees grievance to maintain positive work environment.
  • Coordinate office administration, vendor management, and employee engagement events.
  • Developed company policies and spearheaded induction programs for new hires.
