Talent Acquisition Executive

Day to Day Responsibilities - 

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for open positions.

• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels (Naukri, LinkedIn).

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Negotiate offers and manage salary discussions in line with company policy.

• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and share regular reports with management.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

• Support onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires.
