Experienced Telecalling Executive (Hindi) – Prakriti Herbs Private Limited
Prakriti Herbs Private Limited अपने पुरुषों के आयुर्वेदिक वेलनेस प्रोडक्ट SUTRA GOLD+ के लिए अनुभवी Telecalling Executive की भर्ती कर रही है।
कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ (Responsibilities):
- SUTRA GOLD+ के आने वाले ऑर्डर और लीड्स पर ग्राहकों से फोन पर बात करना।
- पुरुषों की वेलनेस एवं स्वास्थ्य से जुड़े ग्राहकों से आत्मविश्वास और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से बातचीत करना।
- ग्राहकों के ऑर्डर की पुष्टि (COD Confirmation) करना और उन्हें ऑर्डर पूरा करने के लिए सहमत करना।
- ग्राहकों की शंकाओं और आपत्तियों (Objections) का सही तरीके से समाधान करना।
- इच्छुक ग्राहकों के साथ समय-समय पर फॉलो-अप करना।
- सभी कॉल, ऑर्डर और ग्राहक की जानकारी CRM में सही तरीके से अपडेट करना।
- प्रतिदिन दिए गए कॉलिंग और सेल्स लक्ष्य (Targets) पूरे करना।
- हमेशा विनम्र, पेशेवर और भरोसेमंद तरीके से ग्राहकों से संवाद करना।
उम्मीदवार की योग्यता (Requirements):
- Telecalling, Telesales या Customer Support में कम से कम 2 वर्ष का अनुभव।
- हिंदी में उत्कृष्ट बातचीत करने की क्षमता।
- ग्राहकों को समझाने और उनकी आपत्तियों को संभालने का अच्छा अनुभव।
- कंप्यूटर और CRM का सामान्य ज्ञान।
- Target आधारित कार्य करने की क्षमता।
- Immediate Joiners को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
- Freshers इस पद के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं।
महत्वपूर्ण: यह प्रोफ़ाइल पुरुषों की आयुर्वेदिक वेलनेस कैटेगरी से संबंधित है, इसलिए उम्मीदवार को इस प्रकार के ग्राहकों से सहज, आत्मविश्वासपूर्ण और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से बातचीत करने में सक्षम होना चाहिए।
