We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive admissions, partnerships, and brand awareness through field marketing and business development activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentGenerate admissions for the Cricket Academy and sports programs.
• Develop new business opportunities through schools, colleges, coaching institutes, clubs, and residential societies.
• Conduct field visits to promote academy programs and facilities.
• Build long-term relationships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, sports clubs, and community groups.
• Identify potential partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
• Sales & Lead ManagementGenerate quality leads through field activities and referrals.
• Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students and parents.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Marketing & PromotionsPlan and execute promotional campaigns for academy programs.
• Organize cricket camps, tournaments, workshops, and sports events.
• Represent Anantam Sports at exhibitions, school events, sports fairs, and local community programs.
• Coordinate branding activities across Jaipur.
• Digital Marketing SupportCoordinate with the marketing team for social media campaigns.
• Assist in managing Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and promotional content.
• Support online lead generation initiatives.
• Reporting & CoordinationSubmit daily activity reports and weekly performance reports.
• Maintain records of field visits, meetings, inquiries, and conversions.
• Coordinate with coaching, operations, and management teams for smooth execution of programs.
• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Confident presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and MS Office.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for sports, especially cricket.
• Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (Marketing, Business Administration, or Sports Management preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Field Marketing.
• Experience in education, sports, fitness, or service industry will be an added advantage.
• Two-wheeler preferred for local field visits.
• Willingness to work on weekends during tournaments, events, and camps.
