Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Kaolin Sales Executive for our Jaipur location. The role involves driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships in the natural minerals segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for kaolin products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
- Conduct market research and track industry trends
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless order execution and customer satisfaction
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Strong experience in sales, business development, and client handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of kaolin/china clay or ability to quickly grasp technical products
- Good market research and analytical skills
- Target-driven with strong organizational abilities
- Experience in manufacturing, mining, or export industries is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Willingness to travel as required
