Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-energy, goal-oriented Admission Counsellor to join Catalyst School of Business in Jaipur. In this role, you will interact with prospective students, working professionals, and business owners to guide them through our executive and management programs and drive course enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Counselling: Guide prospective students, working professionals, and business owners on the best programs tailored to their career goals.
- Course Sales & Conversions: Pitch business programs effectively, address inquiries, and convert potential leads into successful admissions to achieve targets.
- Lead Management: Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up regularly with prospective candidates.
- Communication & Support: Maintain clear, persuasive, and professional communication in both Hindi and English.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Track interaction history and updates using CRM software / MS Excel.
Candidate Profile / Requirements:
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Admission Counselling, EdTech Sales, or B2C Sales.
- Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-Driven: Strong convincing ability and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Jaipur.
