Job Description
* Counsel students and guide them in selecting the most suitable course based on their career goals.
* Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic inquiries, and online leads.
* Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
* Explain course details, fees, batches, certifications, and career opportunities.
* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
* Coordinate with trainers and branch staff for smooth student onboarding.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
