Job Description
- Key Responsibilities (मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ):1. Student Counselingछात्रों और अभिभावकों को कोर्स, करियर विकल्प और एडमिशन प्रक्रिया की सही जानकारी देना
- छात्रों की शैक्षणिक पृष्ठभूमि समझकर उन्हें उचित प्रोग्राम की सलाह देना
- फोन, ईमेल, व्हाट्सएप व व्यक्तिगत मीटिंग के माध्यम से काउंसलिंग करना
- 2. Admission Process Managementएडमिशन इनक्वायरीज़ को हैंडल करना और उन्हें एडमिशन में कन्वर्ट करना
- एडमिशन फॉर्म भरवाने, डॉक्यूमेंट कलेक्शन और वेरिफिकेशन में सहायता करना
- CRM / Admission Management Software में डेटा अपडेट रखना
- 3. Follow-up & Communicationलीड्स (enquiries) पर नियमित follow-up करना
- छात्रों के सभी प्रश्नों का समय पर समाधान प्रदान करना
- एडमिशन काउंट बढ़ाने के लिए लगातार संवाद बनाए रखना
- 4. Outreach & Marketing Supportस्कूल/कोचिंग विज़िट, शिक्षा मेले (Education Fairs) और सेमिनार में भाग लेना
- डिजिटल मार्केटिंग टीम को कंटेंट और स्टूडेंट केस-स्टडी उपलब्ध कराना
- Demo classes, webinars व campus visits का आयोजन करना
- 5. Targets & Reportingमासिक/त्रैमासिक एडमिशन टारगेट पूरे करना
- मैनेजमेंट को दैनिक/साप्ताहिक रिपोर्ट देना
- कन्वर्ज़न रेट बढ़ाने के लिए सुझाव देना
