Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through Voice, Chat, and Email.
- Assist customers with hotel bookings, flight reservations, and travel-related services.
- Deliver prompt and accurate resolutions while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain professional communication and adhere to quality and compliance standards.
- ExperienceMinimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice or Blended Process.
- Experience in the Travel & Hospitality BPO Industry is mandatory.
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in Hotel Bookings, Flight Bookings, Travel Reservations, or Travel Customer Support.
- Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo will be an added advantage.
- Mandatory EligibilityExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts in a Work From Office environment.
