Job Description
Moonair is looking for an HR Recruiter to join our in-office team in Ghaziabad. The role involves end-to-end recruitment including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and assisting with onboarding of new hires. Good communication skills in English are required. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
Scheduling and coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining candidate database and recruitment trackers
Assisting with onboarding and documentation for new joiners
Coordinating with internal teams for manpower requirements
Requirements:
Any graduate, fresher or experienced, can apply
Good communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel
Willingness to work full-time from the office in Ghaziabad
