Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter and Executive
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Delhi
Experience: 0–4 Years
About the Role
We are seeking candidates with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Candidates with consultancy recruitment experience will be preferred, while fresh MBA graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, non-technical, and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates until onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Eligibility
- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- Experience: 0–4 years
- Consultancy recruitment background preferred for experienced candidates.
- Fresh MBA graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms is an advantage.
Salary
- Freshers: ₹20,000/month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000/month (depending on interview performance and experience)
