Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Complete employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
- Support employee engagement activities and induction programs.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
- Manage exit formalities, clearance, and Full & Final settlement documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality.
