Job Description
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, digital enquiries, and cold calling.
Contact prospective customers and schedule site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
Conduct property site visits and presentations.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into bookings.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and other departments for smooth customer onboarding.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
