Job Description
HDB Financial Services is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Officers to promote and source retail asset products. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Source new customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation activities.
Promote HDB Financial Services' retail asset products such as Gold Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property (as assigned).
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Coordinate with the branch team for loan processing and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Conduct market surveys to identify new business opportunities.
