Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in choosing the right products, achieve sales targets, and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Explain product features, specifications, offers, and warranty details.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and accessories.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and organized.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the billing and inventory teams for smooth operations.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
