Role Overview:

As a Junior Field Sales Executive, you will be the boots on the ground representative for M-Connect, visiting manufacturing plants, generating leads, running product demos, and closing deals for the company’s software and hardware solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to grow a career at the intersection of industrial technology and enterprise sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Visit manufacturing companies and industrial customers.
• Explain M-Connect solutions to prospective clients.
• Generate new leads through field visits and references.
• Support product demonstrations and customer meetings.
• Follow up with customers for inquiries and meetings.
• Maintain daily visit and meeting reports.
• Coordinate with internal technical and sales teams.
• Learn Industrial IoT, OEE, MES, and smart factory concepts.
• Build professional relationships with customers.
