Job Description

Job Description – Inside Sales Executive

Location: Nikol, Ahmedabad

Experience: 2 – 5 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to explain products and generate sales leads.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
  • Follow up with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM/Excel.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion.
  • Prepare daily and weekly call activity reports.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or B2B Product Sales.
  • 12th Pass or Graduate (Commerce/Marketing preferred).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
