Job Description

  • Visit customer sites as per appointments scheduled by the back-office team.
  • Meet customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
  • Take accurate site measurements for Invisible Grills and Mosquito Pleated Mesh.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and installation process to customers.
  • Prepare and share quotations based on site measurements.
  • Follow up with customers via calls and WhatsApp until the order is confirmed.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order execution.
  • Maintain daily visit reports and update customer information.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Travel across Ahmedabad for customer visits.
  • Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.
