Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The engineer actively explores and applies emerging technologies to address complex business challenges, maintaining a focus on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies. This position demands adaptability and creativity to enhance client services through robust and scalable software development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in full stack development such as JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services to deploy and manage applications effectively.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including both relational and non-relational databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance across the full technology stack.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
