Python & Front-End Developer

Turn messy operational problems into

simple, reliable internal tools. This role requires more than coding: you

must understand the real workflow, challenge assumptions and own solutions

from problem definition to adoption.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Meet business users, observe

workflows and break down ambiguous problems into clear technical

requirements.

• Build Python automation tools,

internal web applications, APIs and data-processing workflows.

• Create clean, responsive front

ends using HTML, CSS and JavaScript; React or similar frameworks are useful

but not mandatory.

• Work with databases, file

processing, browser automation and third-party systems where required.

• Test edge cases, handle errors,

document key logic and make tools maintainable for future changes.

• Own deployment, packaging, user

feedback, debugging and incremental improvement after release.

to usable prototype.

user adoption of released tools.

reduction in operational mistakes.

• Bug-resolution turnaround and

YOU MAY FIT IF

• Strong Python fundamentals and

practical experience with SQL and web development.

• Comfortable with

Flask/FastAPI/Django or similar; Selenium/Playwright experience is useful.

• Good visual judgement for clean,

usable front ends rather than decorative complexity.

• Able to reason independently,

debug patiently and explain trade-offs clearly.

• A working portfolio and

problem-solving depth matter more than formal credentials.
