Job Description

1. Visit manufacturing vendors & fabrication units in Pune to inspect materials to be purchased.

2. Record materials including metal type, grade, size, weight, and expected rate, in the system.

2. Visit manufacturing vendors & fabrication units for Quality Inspection before Sale.

3. Collect vendor & customer documents - material test certificates, quality reports.

4. Maintain vendor/customer visit logs & material updates in the CRM tool promptly.

5. Submit a daily field inspection report by 7:00 PM to the manager.

6. Present weekly summary every Monday morning to the manager - inspection status, roadblocks, and discuss the plan next week.

7. Share monthly review to discuss your progress.
