Full Stack Java Developer

• Position: Full Stack Java & Software Testing TrainerRoles & ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive training on Full Stack Java Development and Software Testing concepts.
• Teach Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, SQL, and Database Management.
• Train students on Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Selenium, TestNG, API Testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Conduct practical sessions, coding exercises, and real-time industry projects.
• Guide students in project development, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Prepare training materials, assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
• Mentor students on industry best practices, coding standards, and software quality assurance.
• Support students in resume building, aptitude preparation, and interview readiness.
• Track student progress and ensure successful learning outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of Industrial Experience in Java Development and/or Software Testing.
• Strong expertise in Full Stack Java technologies including Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing using Selenium and related tools.
• Experience working on real-world software development and testing projects.
• Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
• Passion for mentoring and training students for IT careers.
• Prior training experience will be an added advantage.
