Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive data platform blueprints that support organizational data needs. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration of various systems and data models. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and efficient data platforms that align with business objectives, while continuously refining architectural frameworks to adapt to evolving technological landscapes.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform strategies to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of data architecture with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing scalable data architectures and implementing data integration solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and ensure data quality and governance.
- Familiarity with data security best practices and compliance requirements.
