Job Description
A Closing Manager in real estate is responsible for ensuring that every property sale is completed smoothly after the booking stage. They coordinate with customers, banks, legal teams, sales, CRM, and finance departments to complete documentation, payments, home loan processing, registration, and possession.
1.Manage the entire post-booking to possession process.
2.Coordinate with customers for agreement, documentation, and payment collection.
3.Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections as per payment schedule.
4.Coordinate with banks for home loan approvals, disbursements, and documentation.
5.Verify customer KYC and legal documents.
6.Prepare and execute Agreement for Sale, registration, and stamp duty formalities.
