The Transport Operations Sr Executive will support the Head Office in overseeing transport operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. This role involves coordinating with regional teams, managing documentation, optimizing processes, and assisting in strategic decision-making for transport and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight
• Assist in planning and monitoring daily transport schedules across regions.
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments.
• Support route optimization and vehicle utilization strategies.
• Coordination & Communication
• Liaise with warehouse, customer service, and sales teams to align transport activities.
• Act as a point of contact between Head Office and branch operations.
• Handle escalations related to transport delays or customer concerns.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate transport records, invoices, and delivery documentation.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Support audits and compliance checks.
• Performance & Reporting
• Track KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for senior management.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Team Support
• Guide and support transport coordinators and executives.
• Assist in training staff on operational procedures and compliance requirements.
• Foster collaboration across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
• 4–7 years of experience in transport/logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of transport documentation, compliance, and route planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office and transport management software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
