Sales & Marketing Executive

We're looking for a driven Sales & Marketing professional to help grow our customer base, strengthen our brand presence, and drive revenue. This role blends direct sales activity with marketing execution, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and campaign-driven work.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print, events)
• Create marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, social posts) in collaboration with design/content teams
• Track and analyze sales and campaign performance, reporting on KPIs (leads generated, conversion rate, ROI)
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Coordinate with product/operations teams to align messaging with offerings
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (adjust based on seniority)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, social media, content marketing)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Good analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies
