Job Description

Novaestar is into Digital Distribution business eCommerce/quick Commerce Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart having pan India presence dealing with FMCG and Pharma clients. The company is looking forward to hire across 4 roles to strengthen the Operations and Accounts team. This is a work form office role 6 days a week working 10:00 am to 7:00 pm


  • Supervise daily accounting transactions and bank entries and reconciliation
  • Prepare monthly GST / TDS working and summaries for filing.
  • Perform customer and vendor ledger reconciliation.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable ageing.
  • Assist in preparation of Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial statements.
  • Coordinate with the CFO during monthly and annual financial closing.
  • Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants during audits.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and statutory records.
  • Support implementation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
  • Work closely with Operations, Procurement, and Management teams for financial coordination.
