Team Leader - Agri Domain

Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in the Agri domain. The ideal candidate must have 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader and proven expertise in team handling, performance management, and achieving operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily and monthly performance targets. •

Monitor team productivity, quality, and attendance.

• Conduct regular team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and process guidelines.

• Handle escalations and resolve team-related issues effectively.

• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process operations.

• Drive team engagement and maintain a positive work environment.

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Mandatory: 1–2 years of Team Leader experience in the Agri domain.

• Excellent team handling and people management skills.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Preferred Skills

• Experience in agricultural or Agri-related BPO processes.

• Strong decision-making and conflict-resolution skills.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
