Job Description
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding by preparing documents, conducting induction, and ensuring all required forms and records are completed.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and personal information accurately in physical and digital formats.
- Support employee engagement activities, training programs, team events, and communication to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee records, salary information, company documents, and other sensitive business information.
- Coordinate daily business operations to ensure all departments work smoothly and tasks are completed on time.
- Monitor project progress, track deadlines, and follow up with teams to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review and decision-making.
- Schedule installation teams, engineers, and service visits based on project requirements and priorities.
- Ensure all required materials, documents, and approvals are available before project execution.
- Follow up on pending tasks with internal teams and ensure timely closure of operational activities.
- Handle customer coordination regarding delivery schedules, installation updates, and project progress.
