We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable properties, and converting leads into successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
• Understand customers’ property requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Present and explain property projects, features, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
• Arrange and conduct property/site visits for prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update customer information.
• Coordinate with the internal sales, marketing, and documentation teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.
• Stay updated about market trends, property prices, competitors, and new projects.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of the real estate market is preferred.
• Ability to build good relationships with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools will be an advantage.
• Candidates with prior experience in real estate, banking, insurance, automobile, or other sales roles are preferred.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be an advantage.

CompensationSalary: ₹15k to 20k per month + Attractive Incentives
