Real Estate Sales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads provided by the company.

• Connect with potential customers through calls and meetings.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.

• Conduct and coordinate site visits with customers.

• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans and offers clearly.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with customers for bookings and closures.

• Update customer details, visit feedback, and follow-up status in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Sales Managers for daily reporting and sales updates.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
