Job Description
Basic technical knowledge
Attending DAP meeting
Scheduling
meeting with customer online
Going for
visit to customer end
Understanding
the type of enquires
Reading the
RFQ & communicate it to the design department
Recovery related followup according to
payment terms.
Understandinbg
PO terms
Sending
updation to customer .
Taking
project line from the customer & communicating internal team.
Maintaining
enquires in CRM & updatating.
Entering call
in calling CRM & updating it.
Maintaining weeklly PRM updates in google drive & creating plan according
to PRM meeting
Communications
with customer for dispatch readyness
Meeting sure
that all the DAP points are covered before the dispatch machine.
After
disptach followup for payment against installation
New serch
customer & entering into the
customer list in CRM
Shearing bulk
email to customer of festival and sending birthday email to customer.
Current &
Old offer followup according to CRM
Understanding
the buying motive of the customer
Co-ordination with Assembly , Control for trials.
Doing
online marketing activities depending
upon priority
Adding
customer to mass mailing list.
Formating
offer for customer .
Mainting
documents like NDA, enquire diary , Recovery sheet updation visibility.
Negotiating
the costs, terms and conditions
Preparing
sales reports
Establishing new, and
maintaining existing, relationships with customers by explaining the features
and benefits of our products and services to the potential customers.
